Blue is calming, relaxing and healing. It’s sedative and perfect in a room that promotes relaxing like a bedroom. Did you know that an application of blue has the vibrations to help people sleep, who usually suffer from mild insomnia? This colour blocking really creates a focal point in an otherwise boring bedroom. This bedroom was calming for Carrie Bradshaw when she needed it most, you may recognize this bedroom from the tv show Sex And The City. After all the ceiling is a 5th wall to paint a pop colour!
