Blue is calming, relaxing and healing. It’s sedative and perfect in a room that promotes relaxing like a bedroom. Did you know that an application of blue has the vibrations to help people sleep, who usually suffer from mild insomnia? This colour blocking really creates a focal point in an otherwise boring bedroom.
